Notes
- NCAA tournament in the same manner as conference tournaments of conventional conferences. From 1979 to 2013, Georgetown was a member of the original Big East Conference and participated in its annual end-of-season conference tournament. In 2013, Georgetown left the original Big East Conference and joined a new Big East Conference; it participates in the new Big East's annual end-of-season conference tournament. The new Big East inherited the history and traditions of the original Big East, and the original Big East became the American Athletic Conferencein 2013.
