May Vokes
May Vokes (c. 1882 – September 13, 1957)stage plays. Her Broadway appearances included When Dreams Come True, A Fool and His Money, The Quaker Girl, and The Bat.[2] She appeared in the films Janice Meredith in 1924 and Get That Venus in 1933.
Vokes was born near
Vokes was married to Ballard Preston Lester,[5] whose name was reported as Robert.[6] She died at Stamford Hospital[2] on September 13, 1957, in Stamford, Connecticut.[7]
