According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 9.7 square miles (25 km2), of which 9.6 square miles (25 km2) is land and 0.10% is water.

The average household size was 3.35 and the average family size was 3.67.

In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 38.1% under the age of 18, 8.7% from 18 to 24, 33.2% from 25 to 44, 15.7% from 45 to 64, and 4.4% who were 65 years of age or older.
