Michael Harley Jr. (born December 13, 1997) is an American football wide receiver who is a free agent. He played college football at Miami (FL).[1][2]

Cleveland Browns

Harley went undrafted in the 2022 NFL draft and signed with the Browns as an undrafted free agent. On August 30, 2022, he was waived by the Browns, but later re-signed to the team’s practice squad.[4]

Harley signed a reserve/future contract with the Browns on January 9, 2023.[5] He was waived on August 29, 2023.[6]

DC Defenders

On March 4, 2024, Harley signed with the DC Defenders of the United Football League (UFL).[7] He was released on March 10, 2024.[8]
