Jayadhwaj Singha as Purani Pukhuri (Old-tank).[2][3]

This temple dedicated to Shiva was constructed in 1773 and was consecrated during the reign of

Gaurinath Singha (1780-1794).[4] It's a Tri-Ratha type temple raised on an octagonal base. The height of the temple is 25.95 metere (85.13 feet). The construction of the temple was supervised by one Madan Darika Hajarika.[5]
