Oscar Pellicioli (born 1 July 1965) is an Italian former professional road cyclist and manager.[1] He was born in Verdellino.

He was the manager of Team Milram until 2009. In 2012, he became an assistant team manager of the Pro Continental team Colombia–Coldeportes.
