History
The station opened on 11 April 1895 by the
First World War. It reopened on 14 November 1921 but it was a temporary terminus until Letterston reopened in 1923. It closed to passengers permanently on 25 October 1937[1] and closed to goods on 16 May 1949. The nearby siding remained in use for W Evans trucks.[2]
