Richard Earl Hawley (born January 2, 1942) is a retired
Air Force Reserve
members
Military career
Hawley graduated from the
forward air controller at Pleiku Air Base, South Vietnam, where he flew 433 combat missions during the Vietnam War
.
Hawley is a graduate of
Armed Forces Staff College (1974), and Naval War College
(1982).
He is a recipient of the
Air Force Commendation Medal
with oak leaf cluster.
Hawley retired from the United States Air Force on July 1, 1999.
