Robert Corkey

Presbyterian minister, a professor of theology and a Unionist politician in Northern Ireland.[2]

Biography

He was born at Glendermott Parish,

Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ireland from 1945 to 1946.[2]

He was elected to the

Deputy Speaker of the Senate from 1952 to 1953 and from 1957 to 1958. He died on 26 January 1966.[2]
