Roderick Demond Manuel (born October 8, 1974) is an American former
1997 NFL Draft[1][2] and was drafted by Cleveland Browns in the 1999 expansion draft.[3] He played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners.[2] He was also a member of the Grand Rapids Rampage and the Los Angeles Avengers of the Arena Football League
(AFL).
