Ruslan Khadzhismelovich Tsalikov (

Order of Honour recipient. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.[1]

Biography

Tsalikov was born on July 31, 1956, in Ordzhonikidze (now

State Secretary by Vladimir Putin, a position which he held from 2005 to 2007.[2] In 2010, he became a head of Ministry of Emergency Situations and then was invited as a guest on Special Correspondent on Russia-1.[3]
