Seppo Harjanne (born 20 February 1948) is a
1997 drivers' titles in a Lancer Evolution.[1]
Harjanne retired after the 1997 season and Mäkinen went on to take two more titles with
, and his record for most titles by Elena.Since 2000, Harjanne has worked as a Deputy Clerk of the Course of Rally Finland and assisted in organising several other international rallies.[2]
