Also removed the section which solely discussed her pronouns; manual of style says 'generally do not discuss in detail changes of a person's name or gender presentation unless pertinent.' I linked the *same* source that is cited in VA's article in support of that state's being Southeastern. / The opinions you expressed were certainly anecdotal. I did not have room to fully make my case in the edit summary, so I created a new section on the talk page (where, btw, I saw no 'consensus'--I have also seen you claim, variously, that there is a consensus and that there is none Tag: Visual edit

Undid revision 1055444595 by 007bond (talk) 'Many sources list' is irrelevant. Delaware and Missouri are questionable, but Maryland is indubitably a Southeastern state. Maryland is listed as South Atlantic by the US Census Bureau, which is the source given for listing MO as Midwestern and OK as South Central (to give two other examples of border states). MD's entire colonial background is as a Southern planter colony (unlike DE).

- 17:4917:49, 10 November 2021 diff hist +355 1972 United States presidential election in the District of Columbia finessed the analysis a bit. I don't think we can say anything was _due_ to third-party vote, although we can imply that is a likely explanation. Also added that Ward 3 voted for Nixon, although I don't know if this is the only time any of the wards ever voted Republican. Tag: Visual edit

- 22:5122:51, 9 November 2021 diff hist +1,365 2004 United States presidential election in Oklahoma →Analysis: Bush carrying Tulsa and Okla. Counties with 64% wasn't exactly key to his victory, although it padded his margin. Given he improved his % by more than the total 3rd-party vote in '00, seems inaccurate to say the disappearance of the 3rd-party vote was the biggest difference (altho it is certainly of interest). Undid revision 1054288027 by Rockstone35 (talk) What? I do not see any discussion of this on the talk page. There is no other state that is described in the first couple sentences as 'Southern'. What is your rationale for MD being an outlier, and why don't you actually state it in a now-nonexistent discussion on the talk page?

It is inaccurate or at a min. simplistic to say it was 'conservative' before the 1970s. As of 2004, Northern Virginia was not yet a Democratic base, and the previous analysis also ignored that NoVA (and Richmond suburbs) were a _GOP_ base in the state in the 60s-00s. Tag: Visual edit

- 23:4923:49, 5 November 2021 diff hist −14 2020 United States presidential election in South Carolina →Analysis: qualifying 'Democratic Solid South' as 'conservative' is misleading at best--it was conservative in some ways, but not in others; the Deep South generally supported the New Deal, and elected a number of populist governors, such as Huey Long.
