Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. 2001:41d0:fc00::/38 is a DSL range (source: RIPE database). Changaco (talk) 08:21, 11 September 2017 (UTC)

Lowered the block to anon-only for now. We'll see if the prior abusive editing from the range resumes. If it does, I'm afraid we'll have to re-up it to a hard block, in which case you'll have to apply for
