Sure I will help translate it for you, but the main problem is that I don't know those individuals' names in English. I read through the passage in chinese and realize that if you translate those names into English, you're almost finish with the whole translation. I have done translation, but I don't think I did a great job because I don't know much about the history of Japan at that time and I missed out some translation. On a sidenote, please help me support in overturning the deletion of a template that you're very familar of in chinese wikipedia but encounter diffculities implementing in english wikipedia.
