Terry Fitzgerald Moorer (born 1961) is a United States magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama and a former nominee to be a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.

Before assuming his judgeship, Judge Moorer served as an

Moorer currently serves as a Magistrate Judge on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, a position he assumed on January 3, 2007.[1][3]
