William Scott Hardy (born c. 1970/1971) is an American lawyer from Pennsylvania who is a nominee to be a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Education

Hardy earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Allegheny College and his Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School.[2]

Legal career

Hardy practiced for more than a decade at

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where his practice focuses on labor and employment matters.[2]

Nomination to district court

On November 6, 2019,
