Susan Helen Jones (born 29 October 1960) is a Welsh

Dean of Bangor from 2011 to May 2015 and Director of Mission and Ministry in the Diocese of Derby
from May 2015 to 2018.

Early life and education

Jones was born on 29 October 1960 in

doctoral thesis was titled "The personality profile of Anglican clergy 1992-1996".[4]

Ordained ministry

Jones was

Dean of Bangor, and was therefore its most senior female cleric.[6][7]

On 9 May 2015, Jones was appointed Director of Mission and Ministry in the

Canon Residentiary of Derby Cathedral in 2015.[3] From November 2016 to September 2017, she also served as acting Dean of Derby.[9]
