write the two stub sections:
- political persecutions and demortations that took part in or through the city in 1940-1941 and 1945-1989
- hotels and lodging fasilities in general, e.g. can something be rented, etc.
add photos and maps:
- fix here the two photos that exist in the Romanian wikipedia
  - Primaria_Balti.gif (City Hall (Primǎria))
  - Image:balti_city.gif (another image)
- add the coat of arms and the flag of the city or its center
- add a couple maps
- add 1-2 more photos with present-day general view of the city
- add photos for every architecture item (maybe even write a short article for each), at least 1 photo for each, put them nice in lines by 4 in the architecture section
- add photos for specific sections:
  - communist persecutions
  - persecutions of Jews
  - Soviet concentration camp
  - railway and inter-city-coach stations, airports
  - hotels
  - city hall
  - university (also pictures of the same buildings from 1930s)
  - some (1-2) high schools
- pictures/photos for the history section:
  - Ringalia (can we find one?)
  - Grigore III Ghica
  - the Panaite brothers
  - Cantemir (?)
  - the Russian tsar mentioned (?)
  - some around 1900 photo(s)
  - some around 1930 photo(s)
  - some WWII photos (be sure to show all armies)
  - some neighborhood with Soviet-styles box-buildings
- 2-3 photos of the landscapes surrounding the city
- at least one picture from each of the main parks, 2-3 from the Bishopric park —The preceding
