One does not simply walk into Mordor

The phrase "One does not simply walk into Mordor" redirects to the Boromir page.

The Boromir page should have a section, or at least a paragraph, explaining the phrase. Given that the phrase is sufficiently well-known to merit a redirect, it also merits a definition.

I also think that it should be mentioned. @Chiswick Chap: What do you think? Hanif Al Husaini (talk) 00:38, 18 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Well, we have the choice of AfDing the redirect or briefly mentioning it either here or elsewhere. Although it's in the book it seems to be best known from Sean Bean's acting performance, and can be reliably cited as such, so the film section is the target if this article is the right place. I should point out that it might make more sense at Sean Bean, all the same, which would mean moving it and changing the redirect. That would depend really on whether the millions see the quote as a "Boromir" statement or a Sean Bean statement. Chiswick Chap (talk) 09:26, 18 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
