I found this news article that says Campbellsville University altered it's relationship with the Baptist Church. I'm sure there are better primary sources for this information.

"KBC President Chip Hutcheson also gave an update on Campbellsville University, which has moved to end its covenant agreement with Kentucky Baptists. Last month, the central Kentucky university appointed a board of trustees without the Baptist Convention's approval."

I applaud your work at writing in the content. However I have flagged the neutrality of this article, because it is not from a very objective point of view. Try to remove sentences like "Campbellsville University is a great place to find your calling", and instead of writing 'visit us', put 'University homepage' in an external links section. Since you had suggestions, you could always clean it up, rather than just slapping a neutral PoV tag on it.

SBC to KBC

Changed affiliation from SBC to KBC as the state convention appoints trustees and provides the support for the operating budget. links to the SBC are through the KBC. M-BMor 05:22, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
