Merger of

I propose that

Cats points to the Cat article page. - - cgilbert(talk|contribs) 03:12, 27 January 2007 (UTC)[reply

I propose to you, love. Hee hee! No, now I'm just joking around. I really also propose that we merge Cats and Cat. Hey, I really like cats! Hee hee!

-Diana Werkborch

I propose an article on longcat. He is what we fight for.

Also, pools closed due to aids, stingrays, diabetus, and volcanic ash.
It doesn't make sense to redirect
Cats to Cat, because I am sure that the majority of the time when someone links Cats they are talking about Cats (musical).--Mynameisnotpj (talk) 02:16, 10 April 2008 (UTC)[reply

CAT scan

In the UK CAT scan stands for Computer Aided Tomography. - It is a type of computer assisted x-ray machine that can generate synthetic 3d images. - also called a brain scanner (generic / informal). Hope that helps.

Sailing : Cat Head and Cat Hook

Hi the reason I found this page was that I was looking for the terms Cat Head and Cat Hook, which refer to a lifting hook on a large sailing ship - I think 18th or 19th century. It is attached at the front of the forecastle at the front of the ship. Since it is right next to the toilet - the "Necessary Seat" it might be connected of that. (The toilet is within the "Head" attached to the front of the hull).

About disambiguation pages

CATERPILLAR INC.

CAT isn't exactly an acronym for Caterpillar, literally or figuratively. It's an industry standard name appearing on all of their machines and is even the name of their website (www.cat.com). It also is a colloquial term for a type of machine they manufacture. Most people who would search the subject would not bother typing Caterpillar, a nearly archaic term for the company. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.53.210.62 (talk) 05:07, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article we link to seems to agree with you, so I changed it. Does it seem ok now? Look it over and feel free to edit. Chrisrus (talk) 17:43, 26 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I think the point that the anonymous editor was trying to say is that the section for CAT says 'acronym', which is correctly pointed out, so I've removed the word. I'll classify the 'Other' section a bit better.+mt 21:27, 26 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
