G.Ramakrishna 14years he got Bone cancer and conformed in Pet CT on Feb/2022, Pain area : left peluis ewings sercoma c lang mets

Hi sir, our son in law was suffring with ewings sercoma c lang mets since 1yeaer, we are continuing treatment in Pinnacle HCG cancer hospital. we got PET CT in 21/Feb/2022 bellow is the report. Impression:

PET-CT reveals lytic sclerotic involment of left superior adn inferior pubic rami, anterior and posterior pillars of acetabulum with metabolically active intra plevic and extra pelvic soft tissue components osseous soft tissue component measuring 11.0 X 9.1 X 12.3cm with SUV max of 7.49.

Multiple mildly metabolically active and non FDG avid pleural and parenchymal metastasis in both lungs largest pleural metastasis measuring 2.2 X 1.1 cm with Suv max of 2.16 in anterior basal segment of right lower lobe.

Then started bellow Chemo's 6 cycles done ( one day chemo for every 3 weeks ) in Appolo Hospital Arilova Visakhapatam 1. INJ Vinceristinene 2mg in 100 ml NS IV 2. INJ Adriamycin 80mg in 500ml NS IV 3. INJ cyclophdsphamide 1500mg in 500ml ns IV

After the 6 cycles again we got PET-CT bellow is the second PET-CT result 7/11/2022

Whole body PET-CT the earlier lytic lesions involving left superior and interior public rami, anterior and postyerior pillars of acetabulum show metabolic regression with scresrosis size 8.1 x 4.8 x9.3cm ( previously 11 x 9.1 x 12.3cm) Both lungs are normal

After the 6 cycles they started 10 day's radiotherapy Palliative - RP_Ewing, Srcma_30 - 10x / 6x - 300, 10/ 10 Total dose : 3000 start date: 6/28/2022 End date : 7/11/2022

After above treatment done in Appolo, We moved to Pinnacle HCG cancer hospital for better treatment

Then they started 5 days Chemo for every 3 weeks and bellow is chemo medicen

1. INJ. Ondansetron 8mg + Inj Dexona 8 mg in 100 ml IV 2. INJ. Mesna 500mg IV push 0, 4, 5 12 hrs 3. Holoxan 2500mg (1800MG / M2 ) in 500ml NS >2hrs 4. Etoposide 100mg (100 MG/M2) in 250ml NS 2hrs 5. DNS 500ml over same continue the for 5 day's...

This is the plan for 6cycles but after 4 cycles patient got Lung breathing problem then we went to PLAIN CT SCAN OF THE CHEST Bellow it the chest scan result 07/11/2022

There are multiple well defined and irregular bilateral lung nodules and mass lesions, largest in the superior segment of right upper lobe measuring 3.6 x 3.3 cm. Ground glass haziness is seen along the right upper lobe pulmonary mass. There are bulky necrotic mediastinal and hilar lymph nodes, largest in the paratrachal space measuring 4.5 x 3.3 cm.

Then Patisent suffering with chest pain, Leg pain and breating.

Then doctors stareted Radiotherapy for 5 day's

Could you please find any solution or any future treatment. patisent suffering lot of pain the we are using Atracet Tb's 3 for day

Coordinates in Page

The Coordinates seem unnecessary. The institution has multiple campus other than the main campus like Schell Eye hospital, Bagayam, Ranipet and Chittoor not taking into consideration other minor facilities for patients.Not to mention the university campus that is also in Bagayam Nkb 21 (talk) 19:57, 30 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
