While I think the Golem reference is quite astute, I'm afraid we'd need some citation or reference to a film critic making this allusion, otherwise it's Original Research

Andrzejbanas, you forgot to mention that Daimajin was released directly to TV by AI-TV as Majin the Monster of Terror.

One Daimajin DVD was released by Retromedia sometime in the 1990s. It was:

• Majin the Monster of Terror/The Return of the Giant Majin
