HLA DR3-DQ2 is double serotype that specifically recognizes cells from individuals who carry a multigene HLA DR,DQ haplotype.

This is the first sentence of this article. I am sure that this makes sense to someone that deals with this subject regularly, but it is over my head. I could figure it out somehow, but it would be a lot of work.
