With regard to this particular paragraph in this article:

The highest point of Hertfordshire, at 244m, is on the eastern ridge of this hill. It's on the road corner just west of Hastoe, at SP914091. This is a rare example of two County Tops on the same hill.

I'm not sure that this is correct, Pavis wood is completely separate from Coombe hill. A valley runs between the ridges that consitute Coombe Hill, and that of Haddington Hill + Pavis Wood i.e. these hills are on separate ridges (The A413 runs the length of this valley, and the small town of Wendover sits at the bottom between Haddington and Coombe Hill).
