I watched the movie this morning. It departs slightly from G's biography, for dramatic effect. Also, G persuaded the general to address his troops; then the general committed suicide in front of them, still urging them on to surrender. --Uncle Ed (talk) 18:11, 17 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
