Overlinked

I think the problem with the overlinked is in the Interactions Section. I think it would be better to either remove this section or expand one sentence on each one of these enzymes. R00m c (talk) 12:50, 3 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Residue numbering in the "Structure and Mechanism" section

Hi,

I find the information on the amino acids surrounding the active site and the foot pocket very useful.

Yet I'm wondering if there isn't a mistake in the sequence numbering. According to the UniProt entry for the isoform 1, the text should read "The active site is connected to Gly150, Phe151, His179, Phe206, and Leu272. The footpocket is connected to Tyr25, Met31, Phe110, and Leu140.", although the numbering used in the article is consistent with the Bressi & al. paper.

Should we correct the numbering or leave it as taken from the paper and add a note that all residues numbers are shifted by 4 compared to the canonical sequence?
