I disagree about the merge. All countries and most civilisations have individual history articles, and the Inca was the most advanced pre-columbian civilisation in South America, so it definately deserves its own article for the history --Astrokey44 22:13, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Article Quality Issues!

This article is atrocious. It had one citation and it was to a completely out of context orphan line about 'Arthur's rainbow flag' (Wtf?) but is filled with opinion, contractions, improper style elements, it's frankly just a nightmare and needs so much work to get it back on track! As this is, without a doubt, not a field I have any knowledge in I fear that I could not do the article justice besides calling it out as a very low standard article. Could someone with an interest and knowledge in this area please consider adding citations rather than just op ed pieces? — Preceding unsigned comment added by BaSH PR0MPT (talkcontribs) 22:39, 2 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

New information added

I added a few new sections to this article as part of my assignment in college. You can view information on this on the section in this talk page about Wiki Education assignment section. I wanted to add small amounts of information on different subjects that are commonly found on pages like this. I know there a quite a few pages on Inca civilization so I knew it would not be necessary to add a lot. I just wanted there to be enough to get a general idea of main subjects so a reader could get an idea of things without needing to navigate all over Wikipedia. I did add wiki links to articles that could give a reader more information on certain subjects to help as well. Mallory Dixon (talk) 15:52, 27 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Move of the Kingdom of Cusco section to its corresponding article

Given that the Kingdom of Cusco article lacks a lot of information and requires reworking, I've planned on moving all this section to its corresponding article, only leaving behind a general overview of the history. I want to do the same with the sections of the Civil War, Spanish Conquest, Neo-Inca State, and Post-Spanish conquest, so that this article can be mainly be about the history of the Inca Empire. I will probably expand it using the information on es:Tercera expansión incaica (which I haven't started yet due to how much I need to read) Killari Wanka (talk) 19:55, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Renaming

The english Wikipedia is very much different from the Other big Wikis in the Sense That there is no Inca Civilization article. So maybe this one could be redone to include information about Inca Society, Economy and Legend. Have a great day Reman Empire (talk) 15:58, 13 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
