The recent move

Now, now, that wasn't at all nice! This is the sort of thing that should be discussed before being done.

For me, I think it was right the way it was; we computer people may think of "Internet Service Provider" first, but that doesn't mean that the rest of the world does.

Did you happen to look at the other entries on the page? Which one(s) would you deem to be the most likely competitor to "Internet Service Provider"? Ewlyahoocom 21:07, 19 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I have to agree that the re-arrangement was sensible. The dab page is now named correctly and the TLA redirects to the most used expansion. --GraemeL (talk) 21:24, 19 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
No, that's not right. The disambiguation page was necessary. I came looking for Islip airport and couldn't find it after your switch (nobody refers to it as mcarthur airport, ever . . . ) 24.13.228.184 21:53, 23 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Is anyone else aware of Wikipedia:WikiProject Disambiguation/Malplaced disambiguation pages? -- Robocoder (t|c) 21:56, 14 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
