I'm not that happy with how the formatting of the text around the table is, but I don't know the layout commands well enough to fix it. Can anyone help out? Regarding "cholesterol-enriched gel phase", if it is cholesterol-enriched, is it gel or liquid-ordered phase?Jajava (talk) 01:49, 6 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The intro starts with "One of the most important properties of a lipid bilayer is the relative mobility (fluidity) of the individual lipid molecules and how this mobility changes with temperature" but doesn't say why it's apparently so important.
