I'm not that happy with how the formatting of the text around the table is, but I don't know the layout commands well enough to fix it. Can anyone help out? I also wasn't able to figure out how to justify the table caption to the left rather than centered. --MDougM (talk) 23:26, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

The intro starts with "One of the most important properties of a lipid bilayer is the relative mobility (fluidity) of the individual lipid molecules and how this mobility changes with temperature" but doesn't say why it's apparently so important.
