Where did you find that? I'd say, it's probably a typo of "NDC", being one of 2 acronyms for the college. The other one is "NADEFCOL". Greetings,Lost Boy (talk) 06:10, 27 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Individuals" vs. "men"

Does anyone have the correct quote of Eisenhower's speach? To me, “There is a high priority requirement to develop individuals, both ..." tastes awfully of political correctnes applied lateron.
