Written for?

I have read somewhere that, as the songs were written before casting Elphaba, No Good Deed was written with Eden Espinosa's vocal style and range in mind as opposed to Defying Gravity, which was written with Idina's in mind. I've looked but can't find this info now. Anyone heard this before? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 120.21.116.132 (talk) 05:40, 6 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Musical Theory Confusion

"(A minor second is an interval basically the same as a minor ninth, only the two notes are right next to each other instead of an octave removed.)"

As far as I know, this is true in any key save for half-diminished. Also, a ninth is generally more obscure material than a second. The relation does not appear relevant. Bosredsox24 (talk)
