None of this really makes any sense and it is all very non-specific while seeming to make specific claims. The sentences about the two complexes being "the strongest biological oxidizer" and "strongest biological reducing agent" seem stick out particularly as nonsense. I don't even know that this article needs to exist as there is a better explanation of the specific reaction center in the photosystem I under the sub-heading "P700 reaction center" within the section "Components and action".
