Opening comments

There was a significant civil unrest when the Mormons in Panaca found themselves in Nevada after the change of the boundries. This included a tax revolt, which almost resulted in an armed conflict between the Nevada authorities and the Mormons who refused to pay property taxes to Lincoln County.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.164.105.173 (talkcontribs) 16:31, 19 November 2006

Legal status
