To be honest, as a Filipino, it is extremely difficult that you are not aware of this, infact, P120,000 is officially endorsed and approve by POEA. You want prove that POEA cause all overcharging, just call ask for a medical examination through any manpower agency and you be charge P5000 for a simple x-ray and blood-test. Whatever other test was promise is not existing.
