• General copy-edit
• Removed language that violated
  WP:NPOV
• Removed red-linked artists from table per
  MOS:MUSIC
  ("Lists should not generally include musicians who do not have an article.")
• Reformatted the now-shorter table as a list
• Updated references with cite templates, including language tags
