It's an article about things that happens right now. The article is sparse and as far as i can see only includes information that can be easily confirmed. PS I'm not the author

Hello. I believe this article should not be speedy deleted because it's a relevant article. A declaration of independence did take place, and whether this is successful or not is beside the point. Could someone confirm that the recent acts passed by the Catalan parlament specifically name and set Estellada as the flag of this self-proclaimed entity? In other cases, I think the old regional flag should be used until this is legally clear or no flag should be used at all. Anonymous reader
