I tried to improve the article Short description, from the current default of 1st episode of Secret Invasion to First episode of American television series.
Referencing the policies regarding Short descriptions:

• WP:SDDUPLICATE
  — "avoid duplicating information that is already in the title" N title=Resurrection (Secret Invasion) SD=1st episode of Secret Invasion
• MOS:ORDINALS
  — "for single-digit ordinals write first through ninth, not 1st through 9th" N SD=1st episode of Secret Invasion

Possible Short descriptions might be: First episode of American television series or Episode 1 of 2023 television series — GhostInTheMachine ^{talk to me} 09:40, 10 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The short description is standardized wording that is currently automatically generated by the infobox, so please discuss at Template talk:Infobox television episode and/or Template talk:Television episode short description. The Short description provided by an infobox is intended to be an adequate default until it is overridden by a more suitable local SD from the article. This is the reason why it is standard for all infoboxes to set their SD using the {{{noreplace}}} parameter – the default SD from the infobox does not replace the hand-crafted local SD from the article — GhostInTheMachine ^{talk to me} 20:29, 10 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

In that case, a standard short description for the MCU TV episodes should probably be discussed at
