oppose The article clearly states that it is an independent organisation, although it has roots in Universitaire Faculteiten Sint-Ignatius Antwerpen (UFSIA), one of the predecessors of the University of Antwerp. But a review of the notability (earlier Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Saint Ignatius University Centre, Antwerp) might be a good idea, as the article is written by a user with a clear COI who turned it into plain advertising before I reduced that.
