Additional citations in "Notable People"

I've restored the tag. Per

WP:NLIST, every entry in any such list requires a reliable source attesting to the fact that the named person is a member of the listed group. The Dissident Aggressor

What requires that tag on the page? If a tag is needed, then this is better:
Template:Editnotice_for_lists_of_people, since the current list does not need additional sources. David (talk

For the record, another wikipedia article is not a reference per 18:48, 23 July 2015 (UTC)
If that's the case, if you're going to remove one person for not having a reference on this page, why not remove the majority of the rest of the list? Or add the reference from the person's page? Where does it say that on ) 12:09, 24 July 2015 (UTC)
Per
WP:BURDEN says when you add the info, you provide the source. The Dissident Aggressor

Again, why remove just one person, not all who do not meet ) 15:12, 27 July 2015 (UTC)

Native Americans

The statement about the "simple trails" and "simple needs" of Native Americans, and of the "virtual wilderness" of the area are unfounded judgment statements and should be avoided unless accompanied by verified facts. These statements should be removed, or evidence confirming these statements provided.

I agree, those statements should be removed. They do not have a NPOV. David (talk) 14:46, 14 August 2008 (UTC)

This article needs a history section.--(Wikipedian1234 (talk) 22:57, 2 May 2008 (UTC))

Pronunciation

I've never heard anyone in Salisbury ever pronounce the city "sauls-bree", I'm removing until some reference can be found. Bwave 12:37, 20 August 2006 (UTC)

That's how the English one is prononounced. I have to admit I'm surprised that the American city would be pronounced that way, because the original pronunciation isn't usually kept in the US (see Versailles and Cairo). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.26.212.121 (talk) 22:08, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
