1. Citations 2. Numbering in wind energy system doesn't really fit the rest of the article's format 3. Expand solar energy section (Costs, benefits, maintenence, etc). Solar hot water assist maybe? 4. Green insulation: "You know that..." could be worded better for a technical article. "Widely known" too. 5. "HVAC is an acronym that stands for" could clean up your meaning 6. Just generally copy-edit for more professional speech and make sure you only present information that can be externally cited. A good start. Here are some thoughts.

The lead paragraph could be improved. The second sentence feels like it should come in a subheading. I think it should be replaced by a sentence that suggest sustainable homes relate to a general movement towards sustainable development, and then you deal with the current building regulations in the subsection.

Also, look at the format requirements for lead paragraphs: bold the first mention of your topic.

Besides a subsection on current regulations, you should probably include something on the history of sustainable homes.
