According to the 1906 JE article Targum, a quotation from the Targum Sheni on Esther 3:1 appears in the

Joseph bar Ḥama
(3rd century), but this may or may not be accurate.

The JE's article Esther places the date of composition at around 800. Jheald (talk) 16:52, 5 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
