- Sorry, but oppose there are just too many geographical entries on the dab page for the website to be globally significant to readers outside the US. 11:37, 10 October 2019 (UTC)
- Weak oppose there are so many other uses of this generic name and as noted many of the places of which probably have more long-term significance. Crouch, Swale (talk) 20:24, 10 October 2019 (UTC)
- oppose - not a strong enough case for primarytopic. Since the paper is named for Capitol Hill, which is referred to as "The Hill" far more often than that phrase is used for the newspaper. -- Netoholic @ 06:00, 11 October 2019 (UTC)
- I'm not sure why WP:PLACEDAB also doesn't appear relevant here since no one is proposing to move one of the other places called just "The Hill" to the base name. Crouch, Swale (talk) 08:45, 11 October 2019 (UTC)]

- You can indeed simply link to the article namely [[The Hill (newspaper)|The Hill]] WP:DPL deals with cases where other editors haven't and fixes them. There's no proposal to move any other place anywhere since indeed the other places aren't primary to but I don't think the newspaper is either. Crouch, Swale (talk) 20:56, 11 October 2019 (UTC)]
