Oh well! I realized that there is an entry on
Protein threading
. I assume that I should take some bits of this one with that one and this should be a redirection to the other.

There was actually a redirect of the term Protein threading to the entry on
Protein structural alignment
. I think this was a mistake. Protein threading is about comparing a protein sequence to protein structures. The entry on Protein structural alignment is, correctly, on comparing protein structures, which is a different subject. I corrected the redirect so that it points to this entry instead.
