Rework content to match authors backgrounds and add sources

Just a note: Dabney under the Evangelicals section should be under Reformed since he is a Presbyterian and hence, within the Reformed tradition. For Evangelicals, I would add Wayne Grudem's section entitled “Union with Christ.” In Systematic Theology: An Introduction to Biblical Doctrine, 840–50. Grand Rapids: Zondervan, 2004.
