I don't think Vigan is the "oldest surviving Spanish colonial city"? Maybe the author intended to say the oldest in the Philippines?

I'm not personally familiar with Vigan, but generally the convention for Philippine cities is to have city articles titled in the form "

Expansion

How about adding some details about the history of the city? Not to mention pictures this this place is constantly being promoted by Philippines as a tourist spot, not to mention being a World Heritage Site. Joey80 06:37, 17 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
