Merge proposal

I have proposed that we merge the content from

2006 UK Speedcubing Open. There doesn't seem to be enough content there to warrant a second article. Thoughts? -- MisterHand 17:04, 9 July 2007 (UTC)[reply

favour merge' Just do the merge. It's more than compelling. Cewvero (talk) 17:20, 8 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I say simple delete the UK Speedcubing Open article. There have been many WCA competitions, and this one isn't anything special. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.42.161.36 (talk) 17:51, 28 July 2008 (UTC) That Speedcubing Open article is obviously trivial and should be deleted. How can it be deleted? Must it goes through an administrator? Salmon (talk) 09:50, 3 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Large "Structure" Area

This topic has a disproportionately large section on the structure of the WCA, shadowing the general knowledge of the organization! I've tried to alleviate the problem with some contributions with history section reorganization and research. I think there should be some more eyes on this page. Updated team members table

I have fixed and updated the table with the team / committee / council members, and changed its structure a little. It is more compact now and it follows more closely the structure of the WCA page, so it should be easier to keep up to date.

I have also added 3 new committees. Their description is just a short paragraph taken from the WCA website. SebastianoTronto (talk) 10:02, 17 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Rubik's UFO

Currently, the Rubik's UFO is listed under "once official events". However, I tried looking through the cited sources and could not find anything saying it was once an official event. Additionally, it says that the Rubik's UFO "appears in regulation." I also couldn't find anything that said this. Can anyone else find something about this, or should we remove the UFO from the list?
