This sub-template returns the associated country's CPI for a specific year. It's used by {{Inflation/doc}} for calculating the inflation rate between two given years, which in turn is used by {{Inflation}} to calculate inflated values. It usually isn't meant to be called directly. The sources for this dataset are Prices and wages in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru from 1661 to 1805, EvoluciĆ³n de los Precios en el Siglo XIX for 1807 and to unify the datasets, InflaciĆ³n y Tipo de Cambio: Chile 1810-2005 for 1810 to 2006, and Bank of International Settlements, Consumer prices for 2007 to 2020.

Usage
