This sub-template returns the associated country's CPI for a specific year. It's used by {{Inflation/doc}} for calculating the inflation rate between two given years, which in turn is used by {{Inflation}} to calculate inflated values. It usually isn't meant to be called directly. The sources for this dataset are National Economy of Russia 1515-2015 for 1548 to 1675, Wages and Prices in Imperial Russia, 1703-1913 for 1703 to 1913, The Role of Inflation in Soviet History: Prices, Living Standards, and Political Change for 1914 to 1956, USSR: Estimates of Personal Incomes and Savings for 1956 to 1984, Russia and the Soviet Union Then and Now for 1985 to 1991, Price and Currency Reform in Russia and the CIS to unify the dataset, and Inflation 1800-2000 from 1992 to 2007.
